A message dated May 24, 2012, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 6(JUD)                                                                                 
     "An Act authorizing the governor to remove or suspend a member                                                             
     of the Board of Regents of the University of Alaska for good                                                               
     cause; and establishing a procedure for the removal or suspension
